Please contact us to confirm availability at which stage we will send you further details regarding the payment of deposit of £100 per week (non refundable). All major Credit/Debit cards accepted. We regret we cannot accept Amercian Expres or cheques.
All rentals are from 4pm on Saturday until 10am the following Saturday (unless otherwise agreed).
Prices
Prices shown are per week for up to 6 people. Short breaks are available (see below).
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices include bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, heating and electricity. A cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge.
Discounts may be available for smaller parties.
Prices are in pounds sterling and based on six sharing:

Short Breaks
Lammermuir Cottage is available for short break holidays. Please ask
for further details.
Payment
We require a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 at time of booking (card payments only) to confirm the booking. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to carry out this process may result in the loss of weeks booked. Reservations made less than 6 weeks before the intended stay will be paid in full and the reservation confirmed.
Cancellations
Any cancellations will forfeit their deposit. If the cottage is able to be re-let for the intended dates no charge will be made on the guests. If the cottage is unable to be re-let the guest will be due the full balance.
Damage
Any damage caused by the guests or a third party whilst the cottage is let will be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest will be expected to pay for any replacement items or repair costs to fixtures and fittings and buildings.
Arrival/Leaving
Guests will be met at a pre-arranged time on the day of arrival after 4pm at the cottage where they will be given keys and a tour of the property (earlier check-in may be possible by prior arrangement). Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10am on day of departure at which point they will be met and keys will be returned. The property shall be left in a clean and tidy manner as it was on arrival. Dishes and utensils should be cleaned and put away and bedrooms and bathrooms left in a clean and tidy manner. Bins should be emptied and rubbish placed in outside bin. Failure to do this may result in additional fee of £50.00 to cover the costs of doing this. |
