Lammermuir Cottage is nestled close to the foot of the Lammermuir Hills, in the stunning East Lothian countryside. The former grieves cottage has been extensively refurbished to provide modern self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. Each room has been tastefully decorated to provide a country cottage feel to the house. An open plan kitchen/living area, separate dining area, 2 twin bedrooms and separate bathroom are located at ground floor level. A further double en-suite bedroom is located at first floor level. Enclosed in its own private garden with views to the Lammermuir’s, the cottage provides the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, coastal areas and Scottish Borders.Despite the rural location, the bright lights of Edinburgh are a mere 20 miles from your doorstep. |

The surrounding area offers much for those wishing to get out and about. In addition to the 19 golf courses within 20 miles, there is also hill walking, horse-riding, surfing, fishing, scenic drives, cycling, whisky-tasting and castles to explore. Should you decide to eat out there are numerous restaurants scattered throughout East Lothian to satisfy all budgets and gastronomic requirements.
